      Characteristics:
    • This machine stirs the main axle by using oil pressure power which torsion is above 5 times than general pellet machines.

纖維增強複合材料切削
複合材料顧名思義是由兩種以上的材質所組合而成,一般來講,是由基材(matrix)及補強材(reinforcements)所構成。
基材是材料組成裏連續的材質,而補強材則為其中不連續的材質。複合材料種類繁多,應用最多的是纖維增強複合材料也叫做纖維增強塑膠(FRP)。高分子一般分為熱塑性塑膠(thermoplastic)及熱固性塑膠(thermoset)兩大類,纖維則有不同的材料及形式,常用的有玻璃纖維、碳纖維、Kevlar纖維、硼纖維…。

纖維增強複合材料特點:

  1. 具有高的比強度和比剛度
  2. 抗疲憊性能好
  3. 減振性能好
  4. 斷裂安全性好

纖維增強複合材料切削特點:

  1. 切削溫度高,刀具耐用度低
  2. 加工精度和表面粗糙度不易控制
  3. 易產生高溫變質和軟化
  4. 使用切削液要慎重-複合材料吸進切削液而影響材料的使用性能

纖維增強複合材料切削方法:

  1. 鋸切
    • 玻璃纖維增強熱固性基體層壓板,採用手鋸或圓鋸切割。這時要注意克服材料的低熱導性和因振動造成的分層。
    • 排除切削產生的熱量可加冷卻劑。
  2. 鑽孔和仿形銑
    • 大多數熱固性複合材料層合板經鑽孔和仿形銑後會產生收縮,因此精加工時要考慮一定的餘量。
    • 鑽孔時最好用墊板墊好,以免邊緣分層和外層撕裂。
    • 鑽頭必須保持鋒利,必須採用快速除去鑽屑和使工件溫升最小的工藝。
    • 熱塑性複合材料鑽孔時,更要避免過熱和鑽屑的堆積。
  3. 銑削、切割、車削和磨削
    • 刀具要鋒利、切削速度要適當、要供給充足冷風及冷卻液或潤滑劑和進給速度要快。
  4. 其他切削方法
    • 沖孔和剪切在標準金屬加工設備上進行,必須注意工作溫度,必要時可適當對材料預熱。
    • 雷射光束加工的特點是切縫小、速度快、能大量節省原材料和可以加工形狀複雜的工件。
    • 高壓水切割的特點是切口品質高、結構完整性好、速度快,特別適宜金屬基複合材料的切割。
    • 電弧加工的優點是切口品質高、不會產生微裂紋,唯一不足是工具磨損太快。
    • 超聲波加工的特點是加工精度高,適宜在硬而脆的材料上打孔和開槽。
    • 電子束加工屬微量切削加工,其特點是加工精度極高,沒有熱影響區,適宜在大多數複合材料上打孔、切割和開槽,缺點是會產生裂紋和介面脫粘開裂。
    • 電化學加工的優點是不會損傷工件,適宜於大多數具有均勻導電性複合材料(前提是不吸濕)的開槽、鑽孔、切削和複雜孔腔的加工。

纖維增強複合材料切削原則:

  1. 選擇刀具材料:

    鑽石(金剛石)刀具的硬度很高,且切削刃能夠磨得很鋒利,有利於切斷纖維,故切削效果最好刀具材料的選擇上,最好用PCD金剛石,其次為PCBN要選擇耐磨和導熱係數高的刀具材料。高速鋼刀具,最好選用氮化鈦塗層的高速鋼。硬質合金(鎢鋼)刀具一般選用導熱係數高的YG類硬質合金或塗層硬質合金。
  2. 選擇刀具幾何參數:
    切削FRP複合材料,對刀具前角的要求刀具刃口具有一定強度,散熱條件要好,刀刃鋒利,後角要大一些。一般情況下,γO=-5o~10o,αO=10o~12o, 刀尖圓弧盡可能大一些,以改善散熱條件。鑽孔時,盡可能選用硬質合金鑽頭,並修磨鑽心處螺旋溝槽表面,以增大該處前角,縮短橫刃長度為原來長度的 1/2~1/4,以減小軸向力,並降低鑽尖高度,在副後面3~5mm向後磨副後角3o~5o,以減小與孔壁的摩擦。
  3. 選擇切削用量:
    用高速鋼刀具切削FRP複合材料的切削速度為10~15m/min;硬質合金刀具的切削速度為40~80m/min;人造聚晶金剛石(PCD)複合片刀具的切削速度為80~120m/min。進給量為0.2~0.5mm/r,在切進和切出時,為了防止分層、崩邊,這時的進給量應小一些或用刀在兩端倒 45o角及選用主偏角小於60o的刀具
  4. FRP的切斷:
    在一般的情況下,採用薄金剛石(鑽石)鋸片進行切割。也可採用超高壓水,壓力為400MPa,由口徑小於φ1mm的噴嘴噴出,以2~3倍音速的超高速衝擊被加工表面,進行切割加工。
  5. 切削時應留意的題目:
    為了避免銑削時工件切離處掉渣,應採用順銑,並在即將銑完時採用手動進給。為了防止撕裂和分層,在切出時採用塑膠或金屬板支承,予以防護。
